If you have not already heard, a wonderful friend and brother of ours, James Germany (we always called him “G”), has unexpectedly passed away.
G was medically discharged from the Navy. After his discharge, he was diagnosed with a very rare disease called Sarcoidosis. This disease attacks the organs in your body and if it settles in your lungs, it is comparable to tuberculosis. It is such a rare disease that the doctors don’t know how to cure it and it is eventually fatal.
After being discharged from the military, G couldn’t afford medical insurance. This is a huge financial burden on his family.
I am reaching out to my friends, family, and military brothers and sisters, in the hopes that we can gather enough funds to give our brother a proper “going away”.
I have set up a donation link "Donations for The Love of "G"" on our woodworking website for anyone willing to help G’s family with the finances. If we exceed the burial costs, any and all extra funds will be donated to the Homes For Our Troops foundation to help our other wounded brothers and sisters.
